Over the years we have found that if the Business Owner maintains their records they understand their P&L that much better. We therefore promote training the Client to keep their records, call us for support, and consult with them to review the records.
We use QuickBooks Pro and encourage our clients to do the same. We help install a registered copy to your computer equipment, we design a chart of accounts to your needs and we train you and/or your staff how to use the software.
The training can be step by step, dependent on your accounting knowledge, or a full blush from the start. We encourage the training to include two of your firm so that you have "on hand" support in each other.
We offer the use of our desks and internet to do some of your initial work so that while you are working if you hit a bump, we are just a few feet away to answer that quick question that creates a "road block".
